PROPERTIES
SuperCoat 15 is the LIQUID ANTI-CAKING AGENT which can be applied to NPK, Potassium chloride, Potassium sulfate and other granule fertilizers at room temperatures.
The recommended dosage level varies between 1000 ppm and 3000 ppm, depending on the type of process. The required dosage can only be determined by plant trial.
SuperCoat 15 can be easily added by means of a metering pump, eventually equipped with nozzles.
 General Information |
SuperCoat 15 can be used as anti-caking agent during the production of mineral fertilizers, to prevent the formation of lumps and improving product stability and quality during handling, storage and transportation. |
 Safety Precautions |
The skin and eyes must be carefully protected from contact with anti-caking agent. Any part of the skin which has been splashed with anti-caking agent must be washed with plenty of water: the eyes should be rinsed with plenty of water and a doctor must be consulted without delay. Do not take internally.
Fertilizers treated with this anti-caking agent are completely safe in this respect of the small amount applied in the process. |

SuperCoat 15 is available in 1,200 Kgs IBC tank. |
 Storage |
Keep tanks closed and clean to a void both contamination and coagulation by drying the liquid surface. |
